Film Circuit

Film circuit are widely used in the industry such as Medical, ATM, Kiosks, Leisure … automotive.  On the film circuit side, it can be also welded & soldered on the electronic components, Led, Metal-dome … There are 2 type of Film (PET) circuits, 1) single –layer and 2) 2 layers (upper-layer and down-layer). The type of 2-layers, opposing polyester circuit layers are dividedly by a adhesive/polyester layer with a hole at the switch location. Finger pressure at the switch location deforms the upper-circuit-layer through the spacer hole and completes the circuit to the down-circuit-layer.  Tactile feeling is offered by a metal-dome or an embossed-dome (Mylar dome) formed in a polyester film.
