Hot Bar Soldering

Hot bar soldering, it is to combine the FPC (Flexible material, PI + Copper) to Printed Circuit Board (hard material, FR4 and more) by Welding / soldering process. For the purpose for some application, it requests this process.  It is the circuit that needs the material which can carrier the electronic power so it goes this process with TIN.  By Soldering with heating element to a sufficient temperature to melt the solder that is Hot Bar Soldering.
