The 3 Main Features:
The Top Layer: Also called the Graphic overlay layer, color printed, window, Key with embossed, Material: PET, PC, TPU, Plastic, and Silicon Rubber.
The Middle Layer: It is the circuit layer, which depends on customer requested working with PCB, Flexible PCB, Flexible Circuit. The components such as Led, Metal-dome, Resistor, capacitor, sensor, inductor, can be mounted on the circuit layer.
The Bottom Layer: With the adhesive and the connector (tails) to attached on the Mechanical case.
The other layers are generally called the
spacer that can adjust the thickness, working with the function of insulation.
